We take patient comfort very seriously. Aside from recognizing the fact that many people consider themselves dental “phobic,” we simply believe that our patients deserve to receive their treatment in the most comfortable, effective manner possible. Technology plays an important role in patient comfort, in that it offers high-tech methods for improving patient care, understanding, and relaxation. Similarly, items on the “non-technical” end of the spectrum also are vital to patients’ comfort and sense of well-being: Simple things—like blankets, nutritious drinks, or the comforting presence of our team members from the start of treatment to completion—go a long way toward making patients feel at ease while in our care.
